ONWARD TO WOODSTOCK

Tomorrow (September 9th) we begin our journey across America. I am all packed and ready to go. Today I checked the weather and re-routed us away from Cooperstown. We had no confirmed hosts up there and Glimmerglass State Park for two nights with possible rain did not look so inviting. Instead I began to look at cool art-filled experiences off of  I 90 in western MA continuing on over the NY border to the Catskills. Yes - it is time to visit WOODSTOCK and much more. I am excited.

Speaking of which this is one of my favorite Melanie Safka songs. I sing it often when I am on the road. I am not sure if she performed this particular song at Woodstock in 1969. We are not planning on going to Cleveland and let's hope we have a roof for Thursday. It is currently a 70% chance of rain.

More on the flip. I need to get up early and finish loading the car before picking up Ines in the morning.  Stay tuned for ADVENTURE!
